An innovative solution for data collection and analysis<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

R\u00e9seau Environnement commissioned Orphic to rethink their data collection process, replacing an Excel file with a customized forms manager. The aim of this initiative was to simplify and standardize the collection of biodiversity data by municipalities, while enabling their performance to be calculated. This partnership has enabled R\u00e9seau Environnement to optimize its operations and enhance the security and maintenance of the environmental data it collects.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

From Excel files to customized forms<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

R\u00e9seau Environnement is a company working to standardize the monitoring of municipalities’ performance in safeguarding and restoring biodiversity. Their work provides a basis for comparing an organization’s progress over time, and for benchmarking against standards set by international or government bodies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

R\u00e9seau Environnement commissioned us to develop a customized forms platform and to simplify and standardize their data collection process – which had previously been carried out using an Excel file.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Improved data security and maintenance <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

R\u00e9seau Environnement used an Excel file to collect and analyze their data, which made the form complex, unsafe, rigid and difficult to maintain. Orphic’s contribution was to point them in the right direction and offer them a sustainable, effective solution to help them optimize their operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
