Zéro-C-Climat
A custom website to enter a new sector
In collaboration with Communication Buena Onda, Zéro-C-Climat commissioned us to create a website promoting its residential services. The project enabled this family business, already well known in the commercial sector, to demonstrate its human side and expertise in a new business sector.
Zéro-C-Climat is a refrigeration and heating company that, for over 50 years, has been dedicated to creating complete, sustainable solutions for its customers. Initially recognized for its services in the industrial and commercial sectors, Zéro-C-Climat is extending its services to the residential market, building on its commercial expertise.
That’s why they commissioned us, along with our partner Buena Onda, to create a bespoke website and its UX and UI design. The website had to meet certain key objectives:
1. Present the essence of the company
Zéro-C-Climat is first and foremost a family business. This human side had to shine through on the website. What’s more, comfort, calm and expertise are strong pillars of the brand that needed to be felt throughout the website.
2. Distinguish between residential and commercial
Zéro-C-Climat’s commercial side is already well known, and its expertise has proved its worth. The new website was designed to highlight the strengths and distinctions of the residential sector, while drawing on the unrivalled expertise of Zéro-C-Climat.
3. Generate service calls
The main business objective of the website was to generate quote requests. That’s why we’ve integrated a prominent call-to-action button on every page of the website.

Thanks to the contribution of Communication Buena Onda, our communications partner for various mandates, the writing and design of the website were strategically carried out to meet the customer’s communications and business objectives.
